How do you learn best?
True transformation isn't one-size-fits-all. Some nbarn managers and ownersĀ thrive when diving deep into the material on their own time, others find momentum and power in a shared team environment, and some require direct, intensive eyes on their specific blind spots.
Review the three levels of support below to decide which path matches your goals, your schedule, and the depth of breakthrough you are looking for right now.

Which type of learning and level of support fits you best?
Online and Self-Paced
I like to learn on my own. I'm just dabbling and want to see what this is all about. Email support is enough for me.
I Like Being in Groups
Group support is my style. I likeĀ knowing I'm not alone. It's also nice to have other perspective to learn from. Hearing others' stories, whether it's anxious riders, unsure trainers or other managers like me, gives me great perspective.Ā I like being supportive and feeling seen by others,
Private Coaching
I'm looking for intensity. I'm sick and tired of feeling walked over and taken advantage of. I'm no longer allowing my peace to be sacrificed for another's constantly changing schedule or to be asked the same question for the umpteenth time at 11pm. I need sleep, too! I am fully committed to changing my way of thinking and creating new habits and boundaries. I like being the focus and knowing my coach is available to me via text 7 days a week.
All of the Above
I'm a multifaceted learner. I want to learn from all angles. I'm looking for intensity. I am fully committed to changing my way of thinking, holding firm in my boundaries and creating new habits. I like being able to review things online, be part of a supportive group but also have private time with my coach to work on me. I like knowing my coach is available to me via text 7 days a week and also having a support system to whom I can reach out.
