2019, 16.1h Chestnut Gelding

Felix is the horse AAs dream of. He is easy in every way! 

He has had several month let down from the track and is now beginning his official restart as of Dec. 1 making him eligible for the RRP Thoroughbred Makeover 2026. 

Felix is "husband horse" material with a great brain and an easy going attitude.

He loads, ships and travels well. He recently went to NC to hunt with Red Mountain Hounds. He is use to a lot of turn out at home but without turnout at our host farm, he was in a stall for 48 hours but was still the same gentleman when we went hunting. NO ace! And to top that off, he was ridden by a new rider, and AA who had never ridden him before.

He is a true Unicorn! 🦄🦄

He has gone to the beach and galloped through the surf with a different AA. 

He is just starting his dressage/flat-work retraining but he is so quiet that I have used him in walk trot lessons.

I haven't started to teach him to jump as if Dec 15th, but he had athletically popped small logs while hunting. He is a natural jumper.

He loves hunting and I'm hoping he finds a home hunting with possibly lower/mid level showing/eventing.

 He gets along with everyone in the field and will even pony other horses.

NO vices an he retired sound after his last race in July of 2025.

Asking $5000 through December. Price will increase in 2026.

Located in Chestertown, Maryland through 2025 and then we move to Aiken, SC.
